Want To Straighten Your Teeth Without All The Metal?

What Exactly IS Invisalign?

To put it simply, invisalign consists of a series of clear aligners that are switched out approximately every two weeks. These aligners are individually manufactured to the exact calculations that will help shift your teeth into place, creating a beautiful, unique smile that fits your facial features and personality.

Invisalign can help with many conditions, including:

  • Crowded Teeth—when there isn’t enough room in your jaw for all of your teeth to fit normally.
  • Crossbite—when your upper and lower jaws are misaligned.
  • Widely Spaced Teeth—abnormal continued growth of the jaw bone. If teeth are missing, this can also be caused by the other teeth shifting to fill extraspace.
  • Underbite—when your lower teeth protrude past the front teeth. This is usually caused by undergrowth of the upper jaw, overgrowth of the lower jaw, or both. It can also be caused by missing upper teeth.
  • Overbite—when upper teeth bite over the lower teeth, typically caused by either genetics, bad oral habits, or over development of the bone that supports the teeth.

Invisalign Isn’t ALWAYS The Perfect Solution For Every Person

Of course, Invisalign isn’t the perfect solution for everyone. There are many factors that our experienced team must take into consideration in order to decide if invisalign is really the right solution for you including the position of your back teeth, your smile, whether or not your canine teeth and premolars need rotation, and whether or not your new smile will need vertical movement. So, come spend a few minutes in consultation with us. We’d love tos start you on your journey towards a confident smile!

For many people, Invisalign can be a great tool for achieving a gorgeous smile.

If you have been considering Invisalign, make an appointment today to visit with Dr. Salem or Dr. Nagy about it.

If you have a friend, family member, or coworker who would appreciate knowing about Invisalign, feel free to pass along the good news!

As always, THANKS for being our valued patients and friends.
